Equal Pay

Equal Pay

Facts

Australian women have been paid unequally for doing the same work as men for years.

By Australian law, women who have had similar education, skills and experience in the same job should expect the same payment as men.

However, women workers are still geting about two thirds of the average male wage and putting up with it.

WOMEN DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH LESSER MONEY!!!

Women today consider themselves to be equal in terms of the type of job that they're capable of doing.

What can women do?

Contact

Women in Australia deserve to be paid equally to men for doing equal work. Both men and women are valuable in the workplace and women's contributions are just as important as men's.
